Award-winning design team within a major London consultancy.

We’re representing a leading, award-winning London consultancy who are expanding their renowned healthcare team. Following recent award recognition and a growing pipeline of work, they are now seeking a talented Architect to support a growing portfolio of public and private sector projects. Candidates with healthcare sector experience would be welcome applications. However, those interested in transitioning to the sector are also encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice known for its positive culture, high technical standards, and commitment to their demanding and complex client requirements.

Your new role

You’ll work across all RIBA stages, initially focusing on the technical delivery of acute healthcare refurbishment projects. The role will develop to include client briefings, stakeholder engagement, design delivery, construction coordination and handover.


Key Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare projects from concept to completion
• Lead technical stages and prepare feasibility reports
• Manage NHS and private-sector projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and clinical stakeholders

About you

• ARB-registered Architect
• Strong design and technical capability
• Working knowledge of HBNs, HTMs and UK Building Regulations
• Proficient in Revit and confident working in BIM environments
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
• Highly organised, with leadership potential and pride in your work
• Experience across multiple RIBA stages
• Ability to manage multiple work streams
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
