Clinical Supply Operations - Warehouse Operator
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Depot & Materials Management Associate to take responsibility for UK depot and materials management activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and shipping timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage goods receipt, sampling, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of clinical trial materials within warehouse and dispensary environments.
- Ensure all activities and operations within the warehouse area comply with GxP and EHS regulations, as well as all relevant standard operating procedures.
- Execute materials management, warehouse management, and distribution transactions within SAP.
- Maintain compliance with transport security procedures, COSHH regulations, hazardous goods legislation, and support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Liaise with Quality teams to maintain required approvals and chain of custody.
- Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklift trucks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in Materials Management or Logistics, preferably within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Current working knowledge of GxP guidelines (preferred).
- RTITB qualification for Reach and Counterbalance forklift trucks.
- Experience in transportation of hazardous goods.
- Strong IT skill set, including operational knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and networks.
- A persistent, pro-active, flexible, and team‑oriented work ethic.
