Hays are working in partnership with a leading logistics organisation to recruit a Night Shift Warehouse Manager for their site in County Monaghan.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to take ownership of night operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Your new role

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance across the night shift, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are consistently met.
You will:

Lead and manage warehouse operations across the night shift
Deliver against key performance indicators and service levels
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate shift performance
Oversee goods in/out, stock control, and system accuracy
Identify and remove operational barriers impacting efficiency
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
Work cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and delays
Provide clear handovers and planning for upcoming shifts

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or management role
Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate teams
Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics
Ability to challenge performance and drive continuous improvement
Proactive and organised approach to workload management

What you'll get in return

Competitive salary of €55,000 – €60,000
Monday to Friday night shift (approx. 5pm – 2am)
31 days annual leave
