The Boxing Room Operator is responsible for the accurate packing, labelling, and preparation of finished products for shipment. This role ensures products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining an organized and efficient packaging area.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team. Below are the job details for your reference.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Pack finished products into cartons, boxes, or containers according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Verify product counts, batch numbers, and labels for accuracy
  • Apply labels, seals, and documentation correctly
  • Inspect products and packaging materials for defects or damage
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boxing/packaging area
  • Follow safety, quality, and compliance requirements (e.g., GMP, OSHA, EHS)
  • Record production data, counts, and discrepancies as required
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and warehouse teams
  • Assist with palletizing and preparing shipments for transport.
  • Report equipment issues, product defects, or process deviations promptly

The must-haves:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Forklift or pallet jack certification preferred or willingness to obtain

  • Interview: 30 mins onsite- Stage1
  • Location: Cramlington, Unit 9 Atley Way, NE23 1WA
  • Shift & Shift Pattern: 4 days working/4 days off; 6-18:00 (2x30 min unpaid breaks)
