Hays are partnering with a leading FMCG Production organisation to recruit for an Inventory & Data Co-ordinator to join their logistics team in Belfast.

Your new role

• Recording and updating stock movements across systems
• Investigating stock discrepancies and losses, and suggesting improvements
• Checking storage capacity and creating reports for planning
• Reconciling data between SAP and third-party WMS systems
• Monitoring stock dwell times to improve flow
• Reporting and investigating any inventory issues to support continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role
• Knowledge of SAP and WMS platforms
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, conditional formatting)
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and proactive approach
