Warehouse Manager – Not your traditional warehouse role

Your new role
This is not a traditional Warehouse Manager role.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is ambitious, driven, and eager to make an impact. While you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, there is a strong emphasis on your mindset, communication skills, analytical ability, and willingness to take ownership of projects.
You will work across teams, lead initiatives, and play a key role in shaping how the warehouse operates both now and as the business continues to grow.
- Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and organisation
- Take ownership of projects focused on improving performance, workflow, and organisation
- Work closely with different teams to solve problems and improve communication
- Oversee stock control, systems, and data accuracy
- Use Excel and systems to track performance, analyse data, and support decision-making
- Support and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
What you'll need to succeed
Ambition and drive, with a desire to progress and make an impact
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across teams
A natural problem solver with a logical and analytical mindset
Proven experience taking ownership of projects and delivering results
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data and spot trends
Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Interest in improving systems, processes, and ways of working (including technology and automation)
Hands-on approach and a strong work ethic
Additional experience that would be beneficial:
Background in warehouse, operations, logistics, or a fast-paced environment
Experience working with ERP systems or stock management tools
