This is an opportunity to work within a supportive environment where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering an outstanding people service.
Your new role
As a People Shared Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR and employment relations queries, providing timely, professional, and customer-focused advice to managers and employees.

Alongside handling day-to-day advisory matters, you will triage incoming employee relations cases, identifying risk and escalating more complex issues, including gross misconduct, suspension, formal disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters, to the appropriate People Shared Service Specialist.
You will maintain accurate records on HR systems, support organisational change initiatives and TUPE processes where required, and work closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and wider business functions to deliver an efficient and effective People service.
