You will be working for an established and highly regarded Private Equity Real Estate Firm based in London.
Your new role
Reporting to the EA to the Chairman, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Efficient diary management and meeting co-ordination
- Regular booking of travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Support with internal and external event planning- Efficient diary management and meeting co-ordination
- Regular booking of travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Ad-hoc duties such as booking meeting rooms, providing refreshments, distribution of materials and more.
- Assisting with new hires.
