Your new role

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and all other ER matters. From initial advice to final outcome, you’ll lead each case with confidence and professionalism—ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

This 3-month interim assignment requires someone with a strong HR background in ER and case work who will hit the ground running, manage a busy caseload independently, and make an immediate impact. Your key attributes will be:

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Effective communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to commit to a 3-month period in the assignment.
