Your new role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic space planning initiatives to both enhance campus experience and improve operational efficiency of the estate. Your work in this role will directly shape and influence major construction and refurbishment plans, ultimately shaping the complexion of the estate for many years to come. You will lead on a variety of projects and priorities in this role, including sustainability and inclusivity objectives, space management, and future needs analysis.

- Proven experience in strategic space planning management within a complex organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in the delivery of space planning strategic projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
What you'll get in return
- Hybrid work, allowing you to work from home in the position alongside visiting educational estates properties in South England (2 - 3 days per week).
- Competitive daily rate, or salaried arrangement (dependent on your preference) – to discuss further upon application.
- Initial 12-month contract.
