Key Responsibilities
- Contact tenants to collect outstanding payments
- Work towards collection targets
- Manage your own portfolio of accounts
- Chase overdue payments by phone, email, and letter
- Maintain accurate records of all communication
- Respond to queries from clients and colleagues
- Assist with receipt processing during busy periods
- Take card payments over the phone
- Build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Support with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated and proactive
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables)
- Previous credit control experience
- Basic understanding of accounting and compliance
