We are currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for a range of upcoming construction projects across Derby. This role is ideal for someone confident in directing vehicle movements, maintaining safe access routes, and supporting day‑to‑day site operations.
Role Overview
As a Traffic Marshal, your duties will include:
- Directing vehicle and plant movement on-site
- Managing access and egress for deliveries
- Communicating clearly with drivers and site teams
- Maintaining safe pedestrian and traffic routes
- Assisting with general site tasks when required
✔️ Requirements
All candidates must have:
- Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certificate
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
- Reliability, punctuality, and good site awareness
