Your role
Your role
We are seeking a qualified Traffic Marshall with a CPCS Competent Operator Blue card or NPORS Blue card. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic flow on our construction sites, ensuring the safety of all workers and visitors. Responsibilities include:
- Directing traffic on and around the construction site
- Coordinating with site management to ensure smooth traffic flow
- Ensuring all vehicles enter and exit the site safely
- Checking and maintaining traffic management equipment
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Wearing and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Competent Operator Blue card or NPORS Blue card
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have PPE - 6pt PPE, Hat, 4pt chin strap, Glasses, Gloves, Hi-Vis (Unbranded) & boot
