We are recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for a series of upcoming construction projects across Northampton. This role suits someone confident in coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining safe access routes, and supporting overall site safety.
Role Overview
Your responsibilities will include:
- Directing vehicle and plant movement on-site
- Managing delivery access and egress
- Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators, and site teams
- Maintaining safe pedestrian walkways and traffic routes
- Assisting with general site duties when required
✔️ Requirements
All applicants must have:
- Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certificate
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous site experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Good punctuality, awareness, and safety discipline
