About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Banksman ticket and be confident managing vehicle and machinery movements across a live site.
Responsibilities
- Directing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movements
- Coordinating deliveries and guiding large plant/vehicles
- Maintaining clear and safe access routes on site
- Communicating effectively with site management and drivers
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket
- Full PPE: hard hat, high‑vis, safety boots, gloves, glasses
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude
