About the Role:
As a Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Trades & Labour division. You’ll be responsible for:

- Candidate Generation – sourcing, screening, and registering skilled tradespeople and labourers
- Candidate Aftercare – maintaining strong relationships with workers on assignment, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Sales Lead Creation – identifying and passing on potential business opportunities to the sales team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer service role (construction sector a bonus!)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset and a keen eye for talent
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
