We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to work on a social housing maintenance and refurbishment scheme across Manchester.

Your new role

• Carrying out all aspects of joinery work in occupied and void properties
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Door, frame, skirting, architrave, and flooring installation
• Undertaking basic multi-skilled tasks (e.g. patch plastering, tiling, minor plumbing)
• Completing responsive and planned maintenance works

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a joiner, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) preferred
• Full UK driving licence
