We are currently seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Tiler to join a busy Social Housing repairs & maintenance team. This role involves day‑to‑day responsive repairs and planned works across occupied and void properties.

Your new role

• Carry out wall and floor tiling to a high standard across domestic properties
• Complete multi‑trade duties when required (patch plastering, basic plumbing, minor joinery, sealing, silicone work)
• Prepare surfaces, remove damaged tiles, and ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards
• Attend responsive repair jobs and planned bathroom/kitchen works
• Work professionally in occupied homes, maintaining excellent tenant communication

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a tiler (social housing background preferred)
• Strong multi‑trade abilities
• Full UK driving licence
