Mobile Maintenance Multi-Trades (Temporary)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our dynamic facilities management team. This is a mobile role, so you will be traveling between sites to carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work across multiple trades, ensuring our clients’ properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service while working on client sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role.
- Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, etc.).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must own a reliable van for travel between sites.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
