Are you a hands-on, proactive Fabric Technician looking for a stable role in a modern office environment? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management provider for a skilled technician to join their on-site team in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric (doors, locks, flooring, tiling, painting, basic plumbing, etc.)
- Support with minor repairs and general maintenance person duties
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar building maintenance or fabric technician role
- Strong all-round skills in carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and general repairs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
