Your new role

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities across complex supply chain and warehouse management systems, with a particular focus on Blue Yonder Discrete and Swiftlog platforms.

• Develop and manage end-to-end test strategies, plans, and schedules for Blue Yonder Discrete and Swiftlog implementations.
• Lead a team of testers (onshore and offshore), ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing phases.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and technical specifications.
• Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Discrete WMS and Swiftlog.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is desirable.
