Tenant Liaison Officer Temporary 2–3 months Glasgow
Your new role
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, person-centred housing management service. You’ll manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring tenants are supported and engaged, and that properties meet all required standards.
- Building respectful, compassionate relationships with tenants, focusing on their strengths and goals.
- Maintaining professional integrity and clear boundaries in all interactions.
- Managing referrals and supporting individuals through the onboarding process.
- Working closely with homeowners and letting agents to ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
- Minimising void periods through efficient property allocation and tenant matching.
- Collaborating with external partners including local authorities, housing benefit teams, and support services.
- Coordinating and delivering tenancy support tailored to individual needs and service requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous housing/homelessness experience
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
What you'll get in return
£15.33 per hour (PAYE)
- 2-3 month contract initially
- Mileage: 45p up to 10,000 miles (25p thereafter)
