Find and Apply for Tenancy Management Officer Jobs

We're excited to partner with Onward Homes and support with the recruitment of a Tenancy Management Officer to join their Liverpool team, covering maternity until the end of September 2026. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week on an agile basis (approx 70% neighbourhood/patch based) so a driving licence with access to your own vehicle and valid business insurance is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver key tenancy and neighbourhood services, including efficient lettings, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining a visible presence within the community

• Maintain and improve neighbourhood standards through regular inspections, estate management, and appropriate enforcement where required

• Manage service charges, including budget preparation, identifying renewals, and consulting and informing residents

• Support the Income team by carrying out arrears-related visits where necessary

• Listen to customer feedback, encourage resident involvement, and make recommendations for service improvements

• Respond to customer enquiries including face-to-face visits

• Agree and implement neighbourhood management actions, monitor impact and suggest future improvements, and develop strong partnerships with local service providers

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in tenancy management, neighbourhood services, and estate management

• Good understanding of social housing and tenancy management legislation, frameworks and best practice

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence working independently across neighbourhoods

• Commitment to delivering high-quality services to residents
