We are currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator to join one of our major construction clients on a large-scale commercial construction project in Cardiff.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor delivering high-profile commercial developments, offering consistent work and the chance to be part of a professional site team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site
- Loading, unloading and distributing materials around site
- Assisting trades and site management with material movements
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
- Previous experience operating a telehandler on commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of site health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full PPE required
