Job Overview:
The Tech1 role is responsible for completing monitor refresh activities at the customer site, including receiving delivered equipment and transferring it to the designated storage area, transporting new monitors to work locations, removing existing monitors from desks, and preparing and installing new monitors using provided stands or monitor arms with all necessary cabling. The technician will also manage waste by safely removing packaging materials and relocating old monitors to the assigned collection point for Circular Services. Daily reporting is required by 16:45, detailing the number of desks refreshed and any on-site issues encountered.
The role requires basic tools, including Phillips and flathead screwdrivers and a 2.5mm Allen key.

Job Description
- Tech1 is required to complete monitor refresh work at the customer site.
- Receive kit delivered to the site and moved to the storage area.
- Transport new kit around the site from the storage area to the refreshed location.
- Remove old monitors from desks
- Prepare new monitors for desks – attach to provided stands or monitor arms at the desk and attach cables
- Remove waste and transport old monitors to the allocated area for collection by Circular Services
- Provide reporting by 16:45 of how many desks/monitors refreshed that day, and report any issues on site.
