Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support Windows OS, user applications, and standard corporate tools.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations in line with SLAs.
- Assist with asset management, device replacements, and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with wider IT teams to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements
- Strong experience in deskside or onsite IT support.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments, hardware troubleshooting, and common enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently onsite in a structured environment.
