Join a leading independent government agency as a Technician 3.

Job Overview:
We are seeking SC‑cleared Engineers to support a large office relocation project at Endeavour Square.
The role involves hands‑on deployment of IT hardware across multiple floors, including transporting, installing, and configuring devices as part of a coordinated move. Candidates must be physically fit for manual‑handling tasks, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and prepared to undergo additional customer Enhanced Clearance if required.
This position will involve close collaboration with the onsite IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient transition during the office move.

Location: London, E20 1JN
Rate: PAYE – £19.85/hr (Basic) or UMB – £25.77/hr (Under IR35)
Start Date: 19-Jan-26 to 31-Jul-26
Duration: Mon-Fri 09:00 -05:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport, move, and distribute IT equipment—PCs, monitors, peripherals, and network devices—across three floors.
  • Unpack, assemble, and position hardware at designated desks or project‑specified locations.
  • Perform basic hardware installation, including connecting monitors, docking stations, cables, and peripheral devices.
  • Support the technical team with device imaging, configuration, and functionality testing.
  • Label, track, and inventory all equipment in line with project documentation and standards.
  • Clear work areas by removing and securely disposing of packaging materials.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and apply correct manual‑handling practices at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with IT colleagues to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of the deployment schedule.
