What We Are Looking For:
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the migration and refresh of devices, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to users. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work closely with the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain the Refresh Clinic.
  • Transport devices from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic as directed.
  • Log in to systems using provided devices, following instructions from the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
  • Collect existing devices from users and distribute new devices according to the migration schedule.
  • Accurately update the workflow management system at all relevant steps.
  • Promptly report any issues arising from migration activities and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.

Key Requirements:
  • Must have SC Clearance.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and escalating issues.
  • Experience with device management and migration processes is a plus.
