Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II

Location: Birmingham - 8 Calthorpe Road, UK

Duration: 6-month contract, (potential to extend)

Summary:

This role is based in our Protein Diagnostics Division in Birmingham, UK. As a Manufacturing Technician II within Operations, you will join a passionate Manufacturing team dedicated to ensuring the performance of world-leading diagnostic products drives global progress. Your contributions will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for impeccable performance and groundbreaking ideas.

• Independently manage own workload

• Manage Inventory to ensure materials are available and transacted to complete assigned work

• Own and perform scheduled activities for designated equipment, area, or function.

• Proactive in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives in all aspects of work.

• Take responsibility for your own work to ensure it is completed ‘right first time’.

• To perform any other duties as reasonably required.

• To perform washing duties that service the entire building

• Required: No experience required

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• IT literate, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Ability to learn, understand and carry out instructions.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise.

• Experience in a cGMP environment/workload management and experience in a washroom environment is beneficial.
