Part Time Senior HR Manager
Location : Chertsey, Surrey

It is anticipated that this role will be 3 days per week, but this role is open to various working patterns to accommodate the part time nature of this role.

Job Description:

The business is seeking a high calibre, creative HR professional who will make a genuine, positive difference throughout the organisation. Continuing to develop their vision and values throughout their business will be key to the role. From an HR perspective, this includes fostering an environment where their people can develop, feel supported and strive for success. This role will report into the Managing Director and be part of the leadership team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • A highly talented HR professional with an instinct for business and the environment.
  • Possess excellent judgement and willing to take responsibility
  • Very good communication skills, written and verbal

  • Fully bought in to the company’s vision and values
