  • Quality Assurance: Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality construction meets required standards, specifications, and building regulations.
  • Compliance & Safety: Monitoring health and safety on site, ensuring CDM compliance, and addressing any technical issues or defects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the technical liaison between contractors, residents, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, producing progress reports, and supporting contract administration.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone with:

What you'll get in return

  • A minimum 5-year pipeline of capital works – offering long-term stability and continuity.
  • The chance to work on high-impact projects that directly improve living conditions for local communities.
  • A supportive and forward-thinking council with a strong commitment to quality and sustainability.
  • Flexible remuneration - competitive day rate or hourly rate.
  • Access to ongoing professional development and the opportunity to shape future delivery standards.
