Temp Team Assistant - 6 months

Your new role

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting coordination and minute-taking.
  • Maintain and improve electronic filing systems and online platforms.
  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, managing the team inbox and responding appropriately.
  • Support financial administration tasks such as raising purchase orders and handling invoices.
  • Assist with legislative responsibilities including FOI requests, data protection, and transparency.
  • Help maintain access and functionality of online systems.
  • Contribute to wider corporate projects and team initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience assisting with FOI
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in meeting management and producing accurate minutes.
  • Basic understanding of project management and financial procedures.
  • A flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and a keen eye for detail.
