Team Assistant - Programme Leadership Team (3-Month Contract)

An Established and highly respected organisation operating within the global financial markets sector is seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant to support its Programme Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale transformation programme and play a key role in ensuring its smooth day-to-day operation.

Your new role

As Team Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative, operational and coordination support to the Programme Leadership Team and wider programme stakeholders. Acting as a central point of contact, you will help keep the programme running efficiently through effective planning, organisation and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating meetings
  • Managing meeting logistics, room bookings and diary support where required
  • Preparing presentations, reports and programme documentation
  • Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new starters
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Managing expenses, purchase orders, invoices and financial administration
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Organising team events, workshops, offsites and social activities
  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of programme communications


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a Team Assistant within financial services
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience within Financial Services or a regulated environment
