Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with varying needs.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organisation.
  • Support pupils with SEND, EAL, or SEMH needs to access the curriculum.
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
  • Record observations and feedback to support pupil progress.
Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and secondary settings, with flexible hours and long-term opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
