Your new role

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support with classroom management and preparation of resources

What you'll need to succeed

• A passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance (preferred) – however, unqualified candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
