Due to increasing demand, we are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across a range of boroughs.

Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development both inside and outside the classroom. Roles are available across Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and secondary settings, with opportunities to support pupils with additional needs (SEN).
Your responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis
  • Assisting pupils with special educational needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar) is essential
  • A passion for education and supporting student development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
