About the Role:
As a Primary SEN Teacher on supply, you will work across a variety of schools in Swindon, supporting pupils with diverse learning needs. You’ll deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual EHCPs, fostering a supportive and nurturing learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons adapted to SEN pupils
- Support children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
- Collaborate with support staff and SENCOs to ensure effective provision
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
- Provide feedback and contribute to pupil progress reports
What We’re Looking For:
- UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
- Experience working in a SEN Setting would be desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
