Job Opportunity: Primary SEN Teacher (Supply) – Swindon, Wiltshire

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher looking for flexible supply work in the Swindon area? We are currently seeking qualified teachers with UK QTS to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with special educational needs.

About the Role:
As a Primary SEN Teacher on supply, you will work across a variety of schools in Swindon, supporting pupils with diverse learning needs. You’ll deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual EHCPs, fostering a supportive and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons adapted to SEN pupils
  • Support children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
  • Collaborate with support staff and SENCOs to ensure effective provision
  • Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
  • Provide feedback and contribute to pupil progress reports
What We’re Looking For:
  • UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
  • Experience working in a SEN Setting would be desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
