The school offers a supportive environment where both Early Career Teachers and experienced educators are encouraged to thrive. With a collaborative team and a commitment to professional development, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a flexible supply role—with the potential to become permanent.

Your new role

Starting in September, you’ll take on a supply teaching role within the English department, delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, and communication skills. Interviews will be held throughout the summer, so early applications are encouraged. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5, depending on experience).
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and adapting content to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
  • Encouraging students through a friendly, engaging, and supportive teaching style.
  • Promoting a love of literature, language, and creative expression.

  • Teachers who can build rapport quickly and manage behaviour with consistency and care.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • A flexible and rewarding role starting in September.
  • Competitive daily rate of pay.
  • Access to free, high-quality Professional Development Training.
  • Full holiday entitlement.
  • Company pension scheme and exclusive benefits.
  • Refer-a-friend scheme with rewards.
  • Potential for a long-term or permanent position.
