About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Business Partner to join a global technology organisation on an interim basis. This is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering with senior leadership to deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices.
  • Lead and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns across technical and corporate functions.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring plans with organisational goals.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire metrics.
  • Mentor and support recruitment teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring in a global environment.
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and scaling teams quickly.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring projects.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
