Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant Opportunities available across Rowley Regis, Cradley Heath, Smethwick and Bearwood Areas!
Hays Education have partnered with Primary schools, Nurseries and Children Centres across the West Midlands. We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and passionate Level 3 EYFS Qualified Teaching Assistants to join our Schools in January.
Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship or work permits. You will need previous and recent UK school/nursery based experience and qualifications to be successful for this role.

What you need to succeed:
- Level 3 EYFS and/or Teaching Assistant Qualified and with UK Experience.
- A love for working with children and making a positive impact on their education.
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident in managing different classroom environments with strong behaviour management.
- Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum and SEN(D).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Great understanding of phonics, literacy, numeracy and schemes of work used.
- A proactive and positive approach to teaching children.
- Providing extra support to students with additional learning needs.
- Helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Personal care where required.
As part of the onboarding process, we will require 2 satisfactory references and a full DBS check to be completed.
