About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of complex learning needs in the classroom
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
- Assist with personal care, sensory activities, and communication strategies
- Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration and creativity
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Has experience working with children with SEND, particularly SLD or PMLD
- Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about inclusive education
- Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
