Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of Special Needs schools across Stoke-on-Trent to recruit dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants.
Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time role, we have opportunities to suit your availability. You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties, helping them to thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
