A growing organisation is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support its ongoing ERP and digital transformation journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level analyst to work closely with stakeholders, improving processes, supporting a D365 ERP platform, and helping deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business.
You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology — from requirements gathering and process mapping through to UAT, training and reporting support.
What you’ll be doing
- Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and improve business processes
- Support and enhance a D365 ERP system
- Assist with UAT, test planning and issue resolution
- Deliver end-user training and support
- Contribute to reporting and data quality improvements
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A structured approach to process analysis and documentation
Desirable:
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Experience supporting business systems in a live environment
