• Support the Project Manager across several live projects with technical and organisational input.
• Manage and coordinate contractor drawing submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Lead and track technical reviews with SMEs, consolidating and communicating feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
• Oversee elements of fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain excellent communication across all project interfaces.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering or supporting fit-out projects.
• Strong background in managing technical reviews and coordinating SME input.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Confident engaging with contractors and internal teams.
