Your new company

Our client is launching a supported living service with four self-contained houses designed to support adults with enduring mental health needs. Their goal is to promote independence, recovery, and community integration, while ensuring individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered.

Your new role

As the Supported Living Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of this pioneering service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  • Overseeing staff performance, training, and development.
  • Creating and implementing personalised support plans.
  • Conducting audits and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
  • Participating in management meetings and reporting.
  • Being part of an on-call rota.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in mental health supported living services.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in managing care teams and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop person-centred care plans.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Ideal that you will have an RQF or similar Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or be working towards).
