Interim Children's Home Manager Required

Your new role
As the Interim Children’s Home Manager, you will oversee the management of two supported living flats. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents, implementing care plans, and leading a team of support staff. You will work closely with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and you will be instrumental in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the children and young people in your care. The role offers a rate of pay of £21.98 per hour, with shifts from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Additionally, you will be part of the On Call Rota.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing children’s homes or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of emotional and behavioural disorders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with local authorities and other stakeholders.
- A relevant qualification in social work, childcare, or a related field. (QCF Level 5 Health and Social CYP)
