Anti-Social Behaviour Management
Empty Homes management
Estate Management
Customer Service skills
Knowledge of relevant and up-to-date legislation
Be responsible for a patch of around 350 tenancies

Previous Housing Experience
Be capable of working independently and within a team
Be self-motivated and capable of motivating self and team
Be customer focused
