Your new role
As a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Work with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities
- Provide targeted 1:1 or small‑group support
- Assist with behaviour management and daily classroom routines
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience supporting children in a primary school or similar environment
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping young learners succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and availability at short notice
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
