Your new school
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant you will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. As a Hays Education Early Years Teaching Assistant you will be able to work in a variety of schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.
Your new role
In order to be a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant you will need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years, either within a mainstream or SEND setting. You will need to be an approachable and patient teaching assistant who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to teachers and other staff in the school.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience plus you will accrue holiday pay with the option to take it at any point of the year.
