Your new role
As a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
- Provide 1:1 or small‑group support where needed
- Assist with classroom routines and behaviour management
- Adapt confidently to different school environments and year groups
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience supporting children in a primary school or similar setting
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for pupil development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work at short notice
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
