Your new role

• Support students in the classroom under the guidance of teaching staff.

• Assist with learning activities, behaviour management, and pupil engagement.

• Provide 1:1 or small group support where needed.

• Adapt to different school environments and year groups.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.

• A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Flexibility to travel to different schools across Preston.

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Hays).
