Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible and rewarding work? We are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools in Southport, with opportunities for both advance bookings and same-day cover.
Location: Southport (various primary schools)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils in their learning and development. You’ll be stepping into different classrooms to provide essential support, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Assist with learning activities, behaviour management, and pupil engagement
- Deliver 1:1 or small group support as needed
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
- Support the class teacher in delivering a positive and inclusive learning experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school (essential)
- A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A relevant TA qualification is desirable
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
