The Role
This is a term-time only, temporary role. You will be supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assisting with classroom activities, and helping pupils to stay focused and engaged. You may also provide one-to-one or small group support, ensuring all children can access learning and thrive in the classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who:
- Have experience working with children within the last 5 years (school-based experience desirable).
- Hold a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Have strong behaviour management skills.
- Are patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Are committed to supporting high-quality learning and pupil development.
Location & Start Date
- Based in Cirencester or surrounding areas.
- ASAP start.
