About the Role
Hays Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Teachers to support primary schools across … and nearby areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers, including ECTs, to gain experience in a variety of school settings while enjoying flexible working arrangements.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher
• Marking work and providing feedback to support pupil progress
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or ECT status
• Recent teaching experience within the last 5 years
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Flexibility to work across different year groups and schools
• A proactive and professional approach to classroom management
