Your new role
You will lead operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations, ensuring systems and processes scale effectively to support continued growth. This is a varied position combining hands-on operational management with strategic systems development. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end customer order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Developing sales forecasts and production schedules in collaboration with commercial and production teams
• Driving continuous improvement in operational systems, including ERP platforms
• Creating and maintaining KPI reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights
• Overseeing supply chain coordination, ensuring material availability and optimising inventory levels
• Building strong supplier relationships and managing supply chain risk
• Leading and developing an administrative team, with scope to expand the function as the business grows

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management
• Strong systems aptitude with ERP experience
• Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvements and implement change
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience managing or coordinating across multiple stakeholders
• Clear and confident communicator at all levels
