A well-established organisation with a strong reputation for operational excellence is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role within a modern, fast-paced distribution environment, offering the chance to make a real impact on performance and team development.

Your new role

As Distribution Supervisor, you will lead daily operations on the distribution floor, ensuring targets and turnaround times are consistently met. You’ll work closely with associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading by example, on the distribution floor to drive high performance.
Monitoring workflow and ensuring turnaround time objectives are achieved
Supporting onboarding and training of team members
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Promoting a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
Communicating performance updates and participating in shift handovers

What you'll need to succeed

2+ years’ experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Forklift licence (VNA and Counterbalance) desirable – training can be provided.
